After an early stint in the U.S. Air Force and six years at McDonnell Douglas Glenn entered the Financial Services industry in 1971, when he joined Paine, Webber, Jackson and Curtis. He formed his own financial services firm in Orange County in 1981.

Glenn studied Financial Planning and earned the designation of Certified Financial Planner in 1978. He then qualified for the prestigious Registry of Financial Planning Practitioners in his first attempt in 1982. He is a Past President of both the Orange County chapters of  the International Association for Financial Planning and the Institute of Certified Financial Planners. Glenn was also the founding President of the recently formed Financial Planning Association - Orange County Chapter.

Glenn is active in fraternal and civic volunteer work throughout the state and nation. He is a volunteer member and Past Chairman of the Board of Directors of Goodwill Industries of Orange County and advises their Investment Committee. Also, as Chairman of Investments for a large fraternal order, Glenn was responsible for investment funds in excess of $275,000,000.

Glenn converted his practice to fee-only in 1988 and since that time has been active in educating and assisting other planners and advisors who desire to make the transition to a fee-only type of business.

Glenn was selected for inclusion in Worth Magazine's  list of the country's Top Advisors (1996-1999)  and Mutual Fund Magazine's list of the nation's 100 best advisors 2001 and in Bloomberg Wealth Managers Magazine in 2002,2003,2004 and 2005.
